This is a seasonal position ranging from May to August. The Seasonal Customer Service Representative position is paid hourly. The shifts include 7:00 AM-4:00PM or 9:00AM-6:00PM.

What you will do:

  • Answer incoming calls from new and existing customers
  • Manage customer concerns by providing appropriate information and assistance to customers in urgent need while ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Schedule service calls and appointments for customers
  • Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to multiple locations, ensuring timely response to customer requests.
  • Work collaboratively with a remote team to share information, address challenges, and provide support when needed.
  • Participate in training sessions to familiarize yourself with company policies, procedures, and service offerings.
