We are looking for a dedicated Service Titan Administrator leading the strategic direction for our Enterprise tenant configuration and evolution of the Service Titan Center of Excellence. This person will help manage our growing network by serving as an internal consultant integrating new and existing partner Service Titan instances, upgrading our Best Practices playbook and leading a team of ST Implementation professionals. This person will craft the implementation plans and timeline, ensuring execution and quality to exceed the expectations of our Partners and leaders.

Responsibilities:
- Acts as an internal consultant to ST projects for complex solution design, assisting project leads with requirements analysis and development of ST configurations that meet Air Comfort Solutions’ needs
- Participates in and/or leads testing and training of complex solutions as part of project execution, particularly around new ST release schedules
- Provides quality assurance over in-flight projects, ensuring ST Implementation Leads are aligning to model tenant standards and executing the project management methodology consistently
- Understands the ST product roadmap and develops deep relationships with ST resources, working with the vendor to resolve complex challenges
- Identifies innovative technologies that could add value to Air Comfort Solutions, develops the business case for adoption, and works with leadership to create implementation roadmaps
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a super user in Service Titan with a demonstrated understanding of the operational and customer experience impacts
- Experience constructing and evolving ST instances based on business conditions, leadership, and user feedback
- Demonstrated ability to deliver proactive solution options through business case scenarios that influence senior leadership thinking and enable optimal business results integrated across multiple Enterprise applications
- Proven ability to inspire action in others delivering QA results, alignment in tenant standards, and on-time delivery of projects
- Capable of building strong relationships with Partner teams at all levels, and influencing adoption of Best Practices across the organization
- Highly motivated to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders leveraging strong communication and business partnership skills
- Ability to train others and speak in front of larger groups
