What You Will Do:
- Ability to speak and maintain professionalism to customers, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to manage stress, and difficult or emotional customer situations.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
- Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately.
- Operating company vehicles and will be expected to follow all state and federal laws, as well as, maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
- Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training, and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
- Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, hand tools, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.
- Perform skilled plumbing maintenance work in repairing, installing, and altering plumbing equipment.
- Submit customer invoices via company I Pad correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostic, and all recommended repairs.

- Valid Plumber Apprentice License
- Clean driving record

- Basic software understanding

Physical Work Requirements:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
- The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
- Activities involving being around moving parts and equipment, exposure to changes in temperature and humidity as well as dust, fumes, electricity, gases and moderate noise.
