What YOU will do: Deliver exceptional customer service Work in a team environment

• Manage a dispatch switchboard
• Drive revenue and help meet the market goals
• Scheduling and routing of technicians based on skill set and customer needs
• Work closely with department management on service, sales and installation calls
• Process payments over the phone
• Help others and feel great doing it!

What you need:

Minimum 2 years Dispatch experience preferred but not required

Call center customer service skills required

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to prioritize tasks.

Service Titan experience is a major plus!
